Vitamin D Synthesis

Feeling the sunshine on your face during outdoor exercise provides the body with the opportunity to make Vitamin D. Vitamin D helps regulate the amount of calcium and phosphate in the body. These nutrients are needed to keep bones, teeth and muscles healthy. Vitamin D also supports immune function and mood regulation.

Outdoor gym equipment challenges different muscle groups and improves overall fitness levels. Using an outdoor gym is an ideal way to improve your overall physical fitness which makes everyday activity a little bit easier, including the basics such as getting out of the car, carrying the shopping or lifting the kids or grandkids. 

Resistance Leg Press is really good for building strength in the major leg muscles using your own body weight. Leg workouts engage the major muscle groups of your body, which helps to improve overall athletic performance and supports healthy movement patterns in your daily life. A strong lower body will also help to prevent injury and manage chronic conditions such as arthritis, heart disease, and diabetes.
