How to use the Resistance Squat Station

Just like squat stations found in an indoor gym, our outdoor Resistance Squat Station allows the user to set the required difficulty level 1-11 before squatting against the machine for additional resistance. Suitable for all abiliites, users new to fitness simply select the lowest intensity while those who workout regularly can set themselves a much harder challenge using a higher level.

Q. What is a resistance squat station, and how does it differ from traditional squat equipment?

Just like squat stations found in an indoor gym, ours allows the user to set the required resistance before squatting against the machine and completing a series of reps/ sets. The only difference is that in most indoor gyms the user is seated, whereas ours is used in a standing position.

 

Q. What are the benefits of using a resistance squat station?

The main benefit is building strength and tone in the lower body, particularly the glutes and quads.

 

Q. Can the resistance level be adjusted on the squat station?

Yes. You can increase the resistance/ difficulty level from 1 up to level 11.

 

Q. Is the resistance squat station suitable for users of different fitness levels?

Absolutely. Because the user can set the level of resistance themselves, beginners can start with a low level and build up reps and sets over time, whereas a regular gym goer can set a much higher level initially.

Q. How do I maintain and clean the resistance squat station?

The squat station requires very little maintenance, however, regular maintenance checks are essential to keep the equipment safe for use and in good working order. When your installation is complete, we will provide you with a maintenance pack and guide. Regular simple checks will help maintain it. Keep the floor surrounding the stepper clear of litter/ leaves. Each month lubricate the dial and check for any damage, if there is any report it to Fresh Air Fitness. Clean down surfaces with soapy water or wipes. 

 

Q. Does the resistance squat station come with workout programs or guides?

Yes, on the product you will find a label that provides suggested workout.  We also have a YouTube video which shows how to use the product and provides workout options.
