Why our aftersales care matters to us – and how we provide it

Our aftersales care really matters to us, and not just because we know it leads to greater customer satisfaction and loyalty, it matters to us because it’s the right thing to do, because we believe in our products and genuinely want our clients to get the most out of them for a long time after they’re installed.

So when you book your outdoor gym equipment through us at Fresh Air Fitness, we don’t just fit it and leave you to it. We’re there with you afterwards and, on the rare occasions something goes wrong; we stand ready to get things back on track as quickly as possible. 

We’ve been in business over 16 years (since 2007) and have delivered over 4,000 installations, so fully understand the lifecycle of our products, and are committed to providing constant support to our customers, no matter what stage of the lifecycle their outdoor gym is. 

Here’s some of what you can expect once your gym equipment is in place: 

1. Single Point of Contact

There is nothing more frustrating than needing to speak to someone but having to jump through hoops to do so.  For this reason, our customers are provided with a single point of contact post-installation, through our dedicated service desk. A direct line for any questions or queries to get you the advice you need quickly.

2. Comprehensive Maintenance Kit

Each new gym installation receives a complementary maintenance kit.  Including maintenance guides, keys and paint to help you maintain your gym equipment in the long term.

3. Extensive UK Stock of Spare Parts

From time to time a spare part may be required and if so, we hold stock of all spare parts in our UK warehouse, allowing us to dispatch spares quickly, typically within 48 hours.  

4. Dedicated Remedials Team

Due to the design and quality of our equipment, remedials are rare, however we do have our own in house team ready to attend site and support customers post-installation. They'll get to you as soon as possible to get things back on track.

5. Modular Design

Our clever product development team have designed equipment that is modular.  This means we only have to replace individual parts of the equipment when required rather than the whole thing.  It also makes upgrading quick and straightforward.

6. Curriculum Packs

Schools have a full programme of complementary aftersales support care, including access to teaching guides, instructional animations for children, lesson planners and more.
