The next generation Big Rig has many new design boosts which are tailored to maximise your exercise experience including all-new additions, such as the exciting new Grip Handles.
Here’s what is now included:-
20 Users - but still the same great price
Dorsal Raise - Improved design for even greater comfort and frame can also be used for dips and stretching or with resistance bands for a host of strength additional work
Leg Lift Station - Improved armrest design for more comfortable use. The frame has also been optimised, optimising access and space while in use
Leg Press Footplates - Extended to offer further support and more training options
Cardio Steps - Extended footprint and different heights, for even more exercise variety
Sit Up Bench - Handles have been added at the side so that tricep dips, elevated press ups and more can now be performed, in addition to the standard core exercises provided by the bench itself
New Grip Handles - The rig now features 10 handles on each side for hanging or traversing, offering a challenging way to build hanging strength. This improves grip, core, and upper back strength, enhances shoulder mobility and posture, decompresses the spine, and supports overall joint health.
Strength building isn’t just for athletes. Anyone can enjoy a bodyweight workout and with the Big Rig you can jump straight on and get going, with none of your own equipment required.
Free to use and year-round, it is a great way to start your calisthenics journey or tweak/perfect your skills.
For women, strength training is enormously beneficial especially as oestrogen levels and bone density begin to decrease during menopause. As well as the physical benefits of protecting your heart, combating osteoporosis and boosting metabolism, strength training using body weight is an excellent mood booster and supports a better night’s sleep.
For seniors, building stability and strength improves coordination, balance and core strength. It can, in turn, reduce the risk of falls or illness.
Calisthenics is ‘functional fitness’, meaning it engages multiple muscle groups simultaneously. Functional fitness helps us to carry out everyday tasks with greater ease and comfort.
